​Dr. Vukelic does not accept insurance because insurance doesn't cover the time, depth, or conditions needed to treat complex chronic illness effectively.

Fees

Dr. Vukelic charges $600 per hour for all labor related to standard medical services, including osteopathy, telemedicine visits, in-person appointments, email, and phone calls. Payment is due at the time of service.

The initial intake for the Shoemaker Protocol starts at $1,200 and takes approximately two hours. If questions or medical records require more than two hours, additional time is billed at $600 per hour. Appointment length depends on the patient's questions, medical history, environmental complexity, and individual needs. The second appointment is typically one hour to review labs.

Dr. Vukelic does not provide superbills, ICD-10 codes, or any communication with insurance companies.

Contracted Separately

​​Bredesen Protocol (ReCODE 2.0)

To pursue the Bredesen Protocol, you must enroll directly through Apollo Health. The software is proprietary, and Dr. Vukelic can only access it through Apollo. Once enrolled, you can review ReCODE pricing and select her as your physician at 

apollohealthco.com.

Legal Work

For expert witness cases, have your attorney contact Dr. Vukelic directly for her legal contract. Her profiles are available on Expert Institute and SEAK.

Do you offer telehealth across Pennsylvania?

Yes. Dr. Vukelic sees patients via telehealth across all of Pennsylvania. Hands-on osteopathic and McGill Method work requires in-person visits in Pittsburgh; most other care can be delivered via telehealth.

What conditions do you treat?

CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome), mold illness, biotoxin illness, cognitive decline (Bredesen Protocol), Long COVID, autoimmune disease, chronic low back pain (McGill Method), TMJ, migraines, and chronic conditions that haven't responded to standard care.

A peer-reviewed treatment approach for CIRS developed by Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker. Dr. Vukelic is a certified Shoemaker practitioner and a founding member of the CIRS Academy.
